For better understanding of gender indicators, for the first time in Senegal, with the support of UN Women, ANSD has set up and published an open-access gender meta-database with the definition of indicators and mechanisms for calculating gender statistics. Also, for better addressing the needs of users for specific sex-disaggregated data, the Ministry of Women organized the first forum between producers and users of gender data in Senegal.Disclaimer and notes
