Activities carried out during 2024 enabled the Argentina CO to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, providing higher-quality support to programs and their objectives. The main outcomes are: The reports were developed according to the projections established, even with the many challenges of implementing Quantum and preparing the necessary documentation for the internal audit that took place in August.
