    Advancing business transformation

    CAR CO strategically plans for and transforms its business model to deliver impact at scale, through agile and ethical leadership rooted in a continuous improvement culture based

    Enhanced quality of programmes through knowledge, innovation, results-based management and evaluation in UN Women CAR

    Based on the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Plan (MERP), in 2020, UNW conduct two final evaluations of project and 3 studies focused on determining the factors blocking access to justice for women victims of human rights violation and on electoral violence and a diagnosis of discriminatory laws. The studies have involved the participation of the civil society and the UN Agency as UNDP, MINUSCA et the main actors of justice. With the collaboration of UNDP, the office has elaborated and disseminated the country gender profile. Also, the office has involved on a final evaluation of previous UNDAF+ . Also, UNW ensured continuous monitoring through periodic visits to project implementation sites, regular meetings with implementing partners and reviews of financial and narrative reports. Donor reports and quarterly and annual progress reports will be prepared regularly by the Office Programme Officers and overseen by the WCARO’s Programme Presence Support Unit and M&R teams. Monitoring has been conducted in the context of the UNDAF working groups. M&E was supported UNW’s communication on results.
