For both projects GRB and GEF got reassurance by the donors (Sida and SDC) about continued funding (2023-2027). Active RM with non-traditional partners ongoing.

Advancing partnership and resourcing

Partnerships established with governmental institutions, and donors were nourished throughout the reporting period. The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Secretariat for EU Affairs, the State Statistical Office, the Cabinet of the Vice Prime Minister for Good Governence and Anti-Corruption, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, State Audit to name a few, including 31 municiplaities throughout the Country, directly benefited from the support provided by the Office (expertize, capacity building). This lead to more efficient fulfillment of obligations under national commitments on gender equality and women's empowerement. The partnership with the donors (SDC, SIDA) helped to secure new resources (October 2023- March 2027), for two main projects Gender Responcive Budgeting (GRB) and Gender Equality Facility (GEF), under a new programme Gender Responsive Governance (GRG). Ongoing RM efforts for EVAW and WEE, and regular communication/coordination with the Partnership and Resource Mobilization Specialist from ECARO.
