Staff well being and work life balance is of a big importance for the Office. Several measures have been put in place, such as: No emails after CoB/weekends, monthly lunchon with the team, flexible working hours for those who need them (in coordination with the HR). Performance evaluations have been done regularly in a feedback giving/receiving approach, throughout the year. Staff members are supported with their learning/development plans, beside the mandatory training courses.
