The CO has a committed work team that supports the normative, programmatic and coordination products, services and processes. Weekly meetings are held with the Program teams and bi weekly meetings with operations and program together. Effectively co-led the Gender Interagency group with the following results: Developed a Plan of Action for 2022-2023 Completed and uploaded in the respective platform the UNCT Gender Scorecard 2022 report Updated the Terms of Reference the group Held two Events in commemorative dates (8M and 25N)

UN Women successfully conducted two evaluations during the reporting period, generating valuable lessons learned and recommendations to enhance programme design and implementation. The Mid-Term Evaluation of the Second Phase of the Women, Local Economies, and Territories (MELYT) project was completed in December 2024, achieving a rating of "good or above" in four out of six assessed dimensions. Meanwhile, the Mid-Term Evaluation of UN Women El Salvador's 2022–2026 Strategic Note is still in progress. The evaluator submitted the initial draft of the evaluation report in December 2024. The Senior Management Team has thoroughly reviewed the draft and is now awaiting the final version, which is expected to be ready for review in Q1 2025.

The Country Office (OC) has a professional and committed team that supports normative, programmatic, and coordination processes. Weekly meetings are conducted with program teams, and bi-weekly meetings involve both operations and program teams to provide continuous monitoring of ongoing actions. Efficient leadership was demonstrated in the interagency gender group, yielding the following results: 1. Implementation of the 2023 Action Plan of the Gender Results Group, monitoring progress in four strategic areas of the Cooperation Framework, Gender Scorecard reporting, and coordination of interagency activities to promote equality and empowerment, including joint positions, commemorative dates, and an annual townhall. Interagency awareness activities were carried out on commemorative dates such as March 8th and November 25th, reaching the general population in public spaces. 2. In coordination with the RCO, led the preparation of the Annual Report of the UNCT SWAP Gender Scorecard 2023. This involved reviewing and identifying the 5 indicators that were reported.
