NGCO remained an employer of choice with a diverse, highly qualified and performing personnel. A competitive recruitment processes was imolemented to attract highly qualified, and high-performing personnel. The office staff participated in various learning opportunities online, physically and exchange programmes thereby enhancing productivity, improving job performance, boost workplace morale, and reduce staff turnover. The country office recorded 100% for the annual performance management and development reviews completed. PNGCO maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) among staff and partners through reinforced in the latest Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) training held in February 2025. A total of 22 staff and consultants attended the training, including 12 females and 10 males. Staff meetings regularly reminded staff of this commitment.

UN Women PNGCO has remained an agile and trustworthy organization that continued to emphasize on inclusive feminist culture and put a high emphasis on culture of mutual learning and growth, caring each other, making more transparent the criteria to reward the performers and valuing and encouraging everyone to share and contribute to its goal. It emphasized the performance management system with 100% compliance rate; facilitated for improved rate of mandatory training completion ( 73%); completing periodic survey, retreats events and implementation of recommendations from the survey events.
