These sessions, facilitated by wellness experts and counselors, focused on mental health, stress management, and work-life balance. They provided a safe space for staff to share experiences, build resilience, and strengthen psychological safety within the workplace. These sessions encouraged transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning, reinforcing the office’s commitment to inclusivity and collective growth.
