Staff capacities were strengthened through workshops and meetings for the exchange of international experiences and in different cities of Argentina, mainly in relation to procurement processes, which pose the greatest challenges in day-to-day management. Capacity building in resource mobilization is also a key element given Argentina's characteristics as a middle-income country.
