High quality of programmes through knowledge, innovation, results-based management and evaluation
Annual report for UN Women Liberia is produced and disseminated to more than 200 stakeholders and is uploaded on UN Liberia website. M&E Result Based Reporting training on Zoom for its implementing partners working under different pillars. The refresher training will cover the stages of reporting results commitments and the expectations at each level. The training was a requirement for implementing partners to help improve completeness, accuracy, and reliability.

The Country Office strategically planned and implemented OEEF and DRF ensuring a high transformation in the delivery and utilization rate to achieve full potential. At the end of 2023 the delivery rate was 89% and the utilization rate was 94% that shows a healthy financial performance and organizational effectiveness. In such a dynamic model for 2024 focusing on new ways of working, new capabilities, and new technologies to continue to improve the environment and culture.

In 2024, the Country Office strategically planned and implemented the OEEF and DRF, resulting in a high transformation in delivery and utilization rates. By the end of 2024, the delivery rate reached 84%, and the utilization rate was also 84% indicating strong financial performance and organizational effectiveness. This dynamic model for 2024 focused on new ways of working, new capabilities, and new technologies, which contributed to improving the environment and culture for the safety of women and girls.
