OutcomeNER_D_1.1
Outcome result statementWomen’s participation is enabled through policy and legal frameworks (quota law, its implementing decree, CENI’s gender policy) and through electoral arrangements. IATI identifierXM-DAC-41146-NER_D_2.1

OutcomeNER_D_4.1
Outcome result statementIn an increasingly dynamic security context that requires appropriate responses at different levels (local, national and cross-border), this outcome aims to support women in order to play a decisive role in preserving peace and social cohesion in their communities. Similarly, this election year offers the opportunity to improve women's political participation in a sustainable way as candidates, voters but also actors of the smooth running of the different elections. This involves sensibilization and training activities, as well as diversifying the roles of already trained women, including community mediators, to invest other roles at higher levels of intervention
IATI identifierXM-DAC-41146-NER_D_4.1
OutcomeNER_D_4.2

This outcome will focus on integrating gender equality concerns in the design and implementation of humanitarian assistance through use of tools/guidances.
IATI identifierXM-DAC-41146-NER_D_4.2
OutcomeNER_D_4.4
Outcome result statementThis outcome is in line with the expected results in UNDAF-NIGER's second area, Governance Peace and Security: ''the management of development and statistical data at all levels, cross-border and community security and the judicial system are improved and guarantee human rights, with institutions capable of conducting democratic processes and local authorities capable of meeting the specific needs of the most vulnerable. In practical terms, it is a question of intervening on two complementary aspects. First, the collection of data and studies that enable the production of efficient actions. Second, institutional reinforcement to facilitate local ownership of women's needs based on Women Peace and Security Agenda’s goals.
