UN Women has achieved 100% compliance with the planned result. Proof of an excellent programmatic quality in the design of the Joint and Bilateral Programs presented by the Country Office has been their approval and funding in all the windows and donors presented. However, there is still a need to further improve the capacity of the staff, especially the new additions to the team, in the implementation of RBM throughout the project cycle. In the reporting period the external Final Evaluation of the Project "Improving the quality of life and empowerment of women in the Northern Amazon" implemented from May 2018 to September 2020, has been completed and the recommendations included in the projects of the area Women’s Economic Empowerment. The final evaluation report establishes among its recommendations: i) work in the area of women's economic empowerment as one of the priorities of UN Women's work in Bolivia; ii) continue to develop the integrated approach in the interventions of the Country Office; iii) technical support in the implementation of the inclusive business management model with a gender approach; and iv) the promotion of actions that contribute to the relaxation of tax regulations for women, among others. All recommendations have been analyzed by the Country Office and are used to strengthen the area of women's economic empowerment. In addition, the capacity of the office staff has been strengthened through the training program provided on financial and procurement procedures; ii) Individual training on operational issues For 2022 the Office plans to continue : i) Strengthen staff capacities in results-based management (RBM) and the application of the Theory of Change throughout the project cycle, with emphasis on reporting, follow-up and monitoring; ii) Continue to maintain excellent quality in the design of project proposals; iii) Develop knowledge management exercises: good practices and lessons learned to improve strategic implementation in all areas; iv) improve the effectiveness of delivery; v) finish the CO strategic note external evaluation and start to implement recommendations

The country Office has met the requirements for a small office, and it is expected to grow to a medium size Office, according to its growth strategy, included in the new Strategic Note 2023-2027.
