In 2022, as a result of the alliance between UN Women and the Global Compact, the achievement of 100 signatory companies of the Principles for the Empowerment of Women is celebrated, and 22 are participating in the Target Gender Equality second generation program in the country. On the other hand, 4 enterprises ENCUBA, KUBIEC, Chubb and AVON have a roadmap and a short and medium-term work plan that contributes to implement ILO Convention 190 aligned to WEPs.
