    Nurturing an empowered Workforce and advancing an inclusive UN Women culture

    UN Women has maintained and improved motivation for staff and personnel as an ongoing process and under different mechanisms. The office retreat was held as part of team building, 7 staff members benefitted from a Project Management Training organized by the UN Women Regional Office and the Head Quarters. M&E personnel also benefitted from three different training workshops on MER and outcome harvesting. Internal sessions were organized on the MER, financial management, sexual harassment.
