Improved management of financial and human resources in pursuit of results
UN Women has consistently worked to improved its financial and human resource management through regular updating and consultation with operations management team at the regional level to seek guidance and ensure quality reporting, within timeline delivery of outputs and high delivery rates as well. It has also revisited and updated operational support guidance to facilitate this work and ensured and updated staff list. Trainings and capacity building sessions on key HR requirements are also extended upon request on top of regularly encouraging team members to enroll and participate in various learning sessions, such as the results based management training, resource mobilization and stakeholder communication.

Ensuring timely conduct of staff performance evaluation and professional development through provision and supporting attendance in various national and regional trainings particularly as UN Women transition to Quantum and strengthening capacity to support UNCT in swap scorecard and gem markers too.
