Principled Performance

During the reporting period, UN Women achieved the target annual implementation rate for the regular resources. UN Women additionally achieved the target implementation rate for the other resource (over 95%) The office fully transitioned to Business Continuity and Crisis Management Application and achieved 100% compliance with all requirements, fulfilled all Occupational Safety and Health requirements detailed in Security and Safety Compliance Survey, and maintained an overall score of 100% with all of its components. All offices are compliant with Business continuity plans and processes Occupational Safety and Health. The office submitted all donor reports in time. UN Women participated in consolidation of 2022 UNCT Annual Results Report on sub-output, output and outcome levels. The report was later presented to the government in March 2023. In parallel, UN Women participated in reconvening of Results groups with the objective of formulating the 2023 Joint Workplans and submission of proposed sub-outputs directly in UN INFO.

Principled Performance

In 2024, UN Women Tajikistan has made significant efforts to comply with Business Continuity Plans and Processes, as well as Safety and Health requirement, notably by adopting a Crisis Response and Business Continuity Plan. Moreover, all donor reports (100%) were submitted on time.
