TJK_O_2.4A
Number of events, where the Government of Tajikistan meaningfully participated and contributed with the UN Women technical and/or logistical support
In total $140,499.00 contributions received from inter-agency pooled funding the reporting year:
World Food Programme (WFP) - 72,499
Unified Budget, Results and Accountability Framework (UBRAF) - $ 68,000
UN Women engaged to agreement with WFP office in Tajikistan through the joint project on building capacities of WFP staff and technical partners for enhanced inclusive and gender-transformative programming ensuring the sustainability of interventions.
Launched every year, the Joint Programme reporting exercise is an essential element of accountability and an opportunity to showcase UNAIDS’ added value by documenting its most significant collective results as well as the individual results of the Cosponsors and the Secretariat as contributions to ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. Through UBRAF performance monitoring and reporting processes, the Joint Programme identifies challenges and lessons learned, and performance findings inform adaptation and prioritization in the Joint Programme’s workplans and budgets, to address the needs of countries and communities. The Country office strategically focused on existing effective partnerships with the Government of Tajikistan, resulting to the siging f the Joint Work Plan between UN Women and the Committee on Women and Family Affairs.
