Nurturing an empowered Workforce and advancing an inclusive UN Women culture

Despite the reduced core funding and the challenging non-core resources mobilization environment, the CO workforce demonstrated commitment to professionalism and the UN Women mandate. The 15% cut in core resources during the reporting year negatively affected the planned outputs directly linked to empowering the workforce However, through close collaboration, cross-project support, and effective prioritization, the office ensured continued progress toward planned objectives.
