Global norms, policies & standards. UN-Women aims to: 1. Strengthen the capacity of government and stakeholders to assess progress in implementing global normative and policy frameworks, such as the Beijing Platform for Action 2. In intergovernmental processes, facilitate evidence-based dialogue between government, civil society and other relevant actors 3. Integrate gender perspectives in global intergovernmental processes by providing substantive inputs and facilitate dialogues
