Effective normative, programmatic and coordination products, services, and processes:
n 2023, ONU Femme Niger Project and programme management has been improved by strengthening the monitoring system, focusing on results through the development of monitoring and evaluation tools, and training in monitoring and reporting. Knowledge products (Statistical bulletin, evaluation reports, study reports, periodic narrative reports and donor reports) - 14 reports were produced in 2023 and uploaded to the DAMS. These included 1 annual report (2022), which constituted the strategic note on progress and was shared with the institutional donor and the TFPs, 12 donor reports and 5 financial reports. - 13 study reports were written and distributed - 3 statistical bulletins: Young girls schooling, Violence against girls and women Niger and Gender and employment in Niger Support for the development of results frameworks, support for project selection through the Local Project Assessment Committee (LPAC) and training sessions for IPS contributed to the achievement of this result. The 2023-2024 annual work plan has also been updated taking into account the results of the 2023 annual review of Niger strategic note, the 2023-2027 strategic plan and the results of the United Nations Development Cooperation Fund (UNSDCF). This alignment ensures the implementation of results-based projects and programmes.

The Women Niger office improved its project and program management in 2025 to increase efficiency in the difficult context of resource mobilization. At the beginning of the year, thanks to an operational planning approach that created synergies between programs and projects, the office was able to develop acceleration plans for the implementation of each project and program. Based on these operational plans, a results-based monitoring system was put in place through the development of monitoring and evaluation tools and training, with a monitoring schedule and various reports, including knowledge products (evaluation reports, study reports, periodic narrative reports, donor reports, and field mission reports). More specifically - 15 donor reports were produced and uploaded to DAMS in 2025. These included an annual report (2024), 8 donor reports, and 2 joint monitoring reports on the implementation of joint projects. - Two final evaluation reports were completed and produced, one of which was shared with key donors, along with a database of the office's knowledge products. Support for the development of results frameworks, support for project selection through regional and local project appraisal committees (RPAC and LPAC) and training sessions for IPS contributed to the achievement of this result. The 2026 annual work plan was developed taking into account the strategic note, the 2022-2025 strategic plan, and the results of the United Nations Development Cooperation Fund (UNSDCF).

More specifically - 10 donor reports were produced and uploaded to DAMS in 2024. These included one annual report (2023), 8 donor reports and 2 joint monitoring reports on the implementation of joint projects; - Two baseline study reports were conducted produced and disseminated, shared with key donors, a database of the office's knowledge products, Support for the development of results frameworks, support for project selection through regional and local project evaluation committees (RPAC and LPAC) and training sessions for IPS contributed to the achievement of this result. The 2025 annual work plan was drawn up taking into account the strategic note, the 2022-2025 strategic plan and the results of the United Nations Development Cooperation Fund (UNSDCF). The duration of the Strategic Note and UNSDCF has been extended by one year. The evaluation of the strategic note and the evaluation of the project financed by Spain were finalized. UN Women's contribution to updating the common country analysis, ensuring that gender analysis is taken into account.
