In 2024, the UN Women office in Côte d'Ivoire continued to promote an inclusive and diverse work culture, making the organization an employer of choice. As such, several initiatives were implemented, including learning cafe and professional development opportunities for staff. These initiatives aim to create a working environment where every employee feels valued and supported in their professional development.
