The output was achieved during the year. UN Women consistently demonstrates effectiveness in discharging normative, programmatic, and coordination products and services. A commitment to efficiency is evident across all business processes, promoting integrated delivery of our mandate at HQ, Regional, and Country levels. Shared services play a pivotal role in ensuring the streamlined and impactful execution of our initiatives. The initiatives as part of the Business Transformation were rolled out advance effectively delivery in compliance with the Policy, Procedure and Guidance (PPG).

The UN Women Pakistan consistently remained highly engaged and actively contributed to the various working groups within the Operations Management team. Its efforts were focused on maximizing the utilization of shared services to their full potential.
