Nurturing an empowered workforce and advancing an inclusive UN-Women culture :
With the support and guidance from ESARO office, UNW Somali recruited International and national positions (including consultant and UNV), there is also ongoing recruitment of Country Programme Manager which hopefully to be completed Q1 2025
All UN Women Staff complete their 2024 PMD on time as well as Service Contract performance evaluation.
Most of the staff(including newly recruited) have completed the mandatory courses. However, few staff are working toward completion next Q1 2025 (see attached report from AGORA)
