    Advancing business transformation

Through sustained investments in skills development and internal knowledge management, the office contributed to advancing a more agile and transformation-ready organizational environment. The continuous strengthening of staff capacities in planning, monitoring, procurement, and other core operational areas supported a broader shift toward improved efficiency, compliance, and evidence-based management. While the impact extends beyond the office’s direct control, these collective efforts enabled greater adaptability to evolving corporate requirements, enhanced the quality of operational processes, and fostered a more resilient foundation for long-term business transformation across the organization. - Link Project initiation, planning and approval: https://unwomen.sharepoint.com/management/LF/Repository/Project%20Initiation%20Planning%20Approval%20Procedure.pdf - Link PRISM: https://unwomen.sharepoint.com/sites/Training/_layouts/15/stream.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FTraining%2FShared+Documents%2FPRISM+Overview+Training+Recording_Session+1_18th+Sept+2025.mp4&startedResponseCatch=true&referrer=StreamWebApp.Web&referrerScenario=AddressBarCopied.view.3d0c9595-f270-4279-9ea2-90254ced54c7 - Link bitesize: https://unwomen.sharepoint.com/management/Procurement/Bitesize%20Webinars/Forms/AllItems.aspx - Link interagency carrer week: https://learning.unog.ch/interagency-career-week
