Effective business processes that advance integrated delivery of normative, operational and coordination results
Coordination between the operations and program areas has allowed for an adequate use of available resources to achieve the results set out in the Work Plan 2023, within the framework of UN Women's mandate, in the normative, operational and coordination areas.
Regular meetings to follow up on program implementation have been an effective tool to ensure budget execution and delivery.
The country Office is commited to the business transformation process, taking steps to ensure all staff is engaged to improve the achievement of results.
Resource mobilization continues to be a major challenge for the development of the Country Office's Strategic Note, particularly in strategic areas such as Governance and Political Participation. The country office has a resource mobilization strategy and a mapping of potential partners to work on proposals to secure resources to achieve the proposed results.
