    Advancing partnerships: whose purpose is that DRC-CO effectively leverages and expands its partnerships, communications, and advocacy capacities to increase support and funding for gender equality in the fulfilment of its triple mandate.

    No private sector fund has been received only 1.4 millions from DRC government has been received to implement Fonarev Project fight against violences in South Kivu. This was a pass-through mechanism with UNFPA as AA. The office received funds from joint initiatives such as PBF, WHPF and Fonarev from DRC government. The office has recorded 5 partnerships contracts with Sweden, Norway, Germany, UK and DRC government for gender initiatives. New Strategic Notes and annual work plans that incorporate gender-responsive interventions and targeted results on youth and gender equality.
