By 2027, populations in CAR, in particular women, children, youth, and other vulnerable groups, will be protected from all forms of violence, exploitation, and discrimination, including those based on gender, in an environment conducive to gender equality.
21210 women, girls, youth, children, men, are aware of the mechanisms to fight GBV that exist in the CAR and 06 women's human rights defenders organizations are able to learn about their role in the fight against GBV. Paoua, Birao and Berberatti has a total of 05 community exchange spaces. More than 150 young pupils and students, members of CSOs, international NGOs are edified on the issues of GBV, discrimination, access to justice, human rights.

The Truth, Justice, Reparation and Reconciliation Commission has benefited from the support of the UN Women office in the development and dissemination of the CVJRR gender manual, to ensure that gender and the fight against discrimination are taken into account in all of the commission's areas of intervention.
