By 2026, more people, by age group, especially the most vulnerable, including refugees and IDPs, use quality basic social services equitably and sustainably to realize their full human potential and enhance their social and economic well-being (OUTCOME 2.1/UNSCDF).

Until 2023, with the support of UNWOMEN, and thanks to JSB project, SCE project and PBF project, around 20 000 internally displaced persons and host populations including persons living with disabilities and HIV of West Region, East Region, Central Region, and Littoral Region have increased thier technicals and vocational skills, increased hygiene management and received survivals and starters kits for AGR.

By 2026, gaps in key socio-economic indicators are reduced, reflecting greater gender equality and progress in the empowerment of youth, women and girls, and other vulnerable groups, including in humanitarian contexts. (Outcome 2.2 /UNSDCF)

Until 2023, UN Women, thanks to its donors, has contributed to reducing the gap in key socio-economic indicators through advocacy with the Cameroonian government for the adoption of a law against gender-based violence, through actions to support women in capacity building to facilitate their access to income-generating activities; indeed, by 2023, UN Women has trained 27 women's cooperatives in business plan development and techniques for accessing finance. In addition, through the Women Count project, UN Women is working closely with government partners to improve the production, analysis, dissemination and use of gender statistics. The availability of such data will make it possible to advocate for a reduction in the various gaps.

By 2026, youth, women, the most vulnerable groups, and people living with disabilities, including refugees and IDPs actively contribute to the efficiency of policies and the performance of public institutions at national, regional and council levels, and fully enjoy their rights (Outcome 3 /UNSDCF) .

Under the WPS program with PBFSO support through : Leveraging community participation in local governance for effective conflict prevention and resolution in the Littoral and West regions affected by the North-West and South West crisis in Cameroon project, at urban and rural areas hosting IDPs in the Littoral and West regions,UNWOMEN and other partners contributed to make sure that IDPs and host communities benefit directly and indierctly: Direct : 25 000 IDPs and host communities (40% host and 60% IDPs. Among these groups: 60% of young boy and girls, 25% of women, and 15% of men adults). Among this direct beneficiaries, 5 to 10% are people living with disabilities Indirect : 164000 inhabitants (Menoua, Mifi and Bamboutos in the West,, Wouri and Moungo in the Littoral) Catchment population : West (123308), Littoral (76880); 51% of children and 53% of women

Assuring an accountable organization through principled performance: UN-Women is an accountable and trustworthy development organization that manages its financial and other resources with integrity and in line with its programmatic ambitions and fiduciary obligations.

The Country Office is continuously improving and creating an accountable and trustworthy organization that manages its financial and other resources prudently and in line with its programmatic ambitions and fiduciary obligations. The Country Office is building on findings from evaluations and audits to strengthen quality assurance, accountability and reporting structures. There's also planned actions for the medium to long term include, among others, the embedding of a risk management assurance framework, as well as building stronger capacities in support of a stronger risk awareness culture.

Advancing partnerships and resourcing Effectively influencing for impact & scale: UN Women effectively leverages and expands its partnerships, communications and advocacy capabilities to increase support for and financing of the gender equality agenda, while securing sustainable resourcing for the delivery of its own mandate.

The Country Office is focused on forging new alliances with non-traditional partners. This includes leveraging global communications and advocacy platforms and increasing engagement with the media. The Country Office is also seeking to expand the pool of available resources by exploring innovations, expanding partnerships with IFIs, and influencing national budgets.
