Improved management of human resources in pursuit of results
India Office has continued to maintain a good turnaround time for the recruitment of SC and SSA staff. While the FT process is still very time consuming and can take between 4-6 months depending on the suitability of candidates and their ability to join, there is far greater efficiency in concluding an end-to-end recruitment process of SC and SSAs. It may be noted however that centralisation of the contract/offer issuance by UNALL has led to significant increase in the time for the conclusion of the hiring process.
