National and local actors are increasingly engaging in the delivery and coordination of GBV prevention and response through more clearly defined roles and service pathways. In parallel, the establishment of governance structures and Terms of Reference for a UN Task Force, in coordination with IOM and UNDP, reflects a shift toward a more aligned, multi-agency approach to service delivery. This progress has been supported by UN Women through the strengthening of service delivery practices and referral mechanisms, and through collaboration with UN and national partners to formalize coordination structures
