Having grown considerably in recent years, the Jordan Country Office embarked in late 2022 on a change management process, in order to ensure that its structure and processes are fit for purpose in view of the large and diverse portfolio and complex operations, including the management of two so called pooled funds and the direct implementation of the Oasis programme in camps and host communities.
