The office maintains high levels of transparency and responsibility, ensuring that all management processes are fully aligned with UN Women policies and procedures. Several meetings were organized with each project manager to discuss planned activities, implementation progress, identified risks and delivery status. In addition to regular information sharing and updates during weekly office meetings, the status of delivery, purchase orders (POs), and travel requests (TRs) were presented to allow for easy follow-up and completion of any outstanding tasks. As part of robust internal controls, the Programme Management Specialist, Operations Manager, and Procurement Associate review the Terms of Reference before any negotiation is published. Consultant ToRs follow the same procedure, but with an additional review by the Head of Office prior to advertising, which strengthens monitoring and compliance.
