Advancing business transformation
In 2025, no cross-regional knowledge exchange or innovative exchange activities were undertaken. Engagement remained focused on national and regional-level activities, without structured mechanisms for cross-regional collaboration. Given the travel restrictions and budget limitations, no cross-regional good practices, lessons learned, or innovations were documented or disseminated in 2025 under this output. Opportunities for cross-regional knowledge exchange and innovation-sharing may be explored in subsequent planning cycles, subject to strategic prioritization and resource availability.
Advancing business transformation
Annual review of BOS has been completed in a timely manner and all data is available on new platform. The Office chaired the OMT for second consecutive year, co-chaired HR-GTG, participated actively in PMT, UNCT, Outcome Groups of the UNSDCF. Two staff members have been awarded with the CIPS 3 certificates in order to be able to establish alternate Procurement Case Manager in the office.
