    Assuring an accountable organization through principled performance:

    in terms of accountability organisation throught the performance principle the office was able to achieve a delivery rate of 84% for non-core activities and 76% for core activities,the utilisation rate is 110% for non-core activities and 101% for core activities,payment and regularisation processes are underway,despite the year marked by difficulties linked to quantum, which had an impact on activities in the 1st quarter, Mali CO was able on the whole to ensure continuity of service the percentage of risk meeting enterprise Manager is 100%, 100% of the 22 risks are approved and validated in ERM, the completeness of the SSCS is of the BCCMA and occupational health security and security compliance is of 99%, a review of the long outstanding is in progress in order to clear them by 21/01/2024 Mali CO applies environmental and social standard measures in its projects (0% paper, inverter air-conditioning, green solar energy, etc., recycling). These measures are designed to ensure that our operations are environmentally friendly. positive donor reports and no overdue reports to report SWAP and staff rotation need to be improved to take account of best practice.

    Improved coordination, coherence and accountability of the United Nations System in respect of engagements to gender equality and empowerment of women

    During the year 2022, actions related to coordination, coherence and empowerment of women are among others: the rotation for a leadership alternation. The capacity building of trainers has been done as well as the strengthening of human resources to support UN system coordination, coherence, and accountability of the engagement to gender equality and women's empowerment is well underway with the revitalization of the GTG and GDAF. The current progress is the regular holding of meetings with the positioning of UN Women as the permanent secretary of the GDAF Coordination revitalization with the RCO by involving it in all GTG activities

    Improved coordination, coherence and accountability of the United Nations System in respect of engagements to gender equality and empowerment of women

    As part of the implementation of its coordination mandate and for more effective accountability for the implementation of gender commitments across the UN system, UN Women has developed with the rest of the UNS a joint project that takes into account the concerns of all agencies on gender mainstreaming in their different areas of intervention. UN Women also coordinated the gender thematic group in partnership with UNHCR. The search for funding for the joint project on gender evolution in Mali involving all UN agencies is underway and implementation is expected to begin in 2022.
