UN Women Nigeria Country Office effectively and efficiently discharged all business processes that advanced integrated delivery of its mandate at HQ, Regional and Country levels including through shared services. these are evidenced by the evaluation reports rated as "good"; implementation of signature interventions; average reaction time to resolve the GST requests in procurement and travel and the overall delivery rate of 85% as of 13th january 2025.

The office demonstrated efficiency in business operations, achieving seamless integration of shared services at HQ, regional, and country levels. 100% of evaluations were rated "good and above," and joint evaluations and system-wide assessments were conducted to ensure alignment with quality assurance frameworks, support continuous learning, and enhance the ability of the office to integrate lessons learned into future programming.

The CO invested in standardized programmes, knowledge products to achieve transformative change at scale. The CO further provided advisory services to support co-created, transformative change.
