Area 3. Business transformation: aimed at promoting the transformation of the organization and its business model to generate impact at scale, rooted in a culture of continuous improvement.

UN Women Palestine CO manages four offices, one main office in Jerusalem, two sub-offices in Ramallah and Gaza and one programme presence in Ramallah (Sawasya JP), all four locations are co-located with other UN agancies and occupied within common UN premises. the office is currently exploring a move in Jerusalem to identify new UN premises that are disability inclusive as well as environmently sustainable. The business transformation process will be finalized by end of 2024.

Area 4. Empowered people: to foster an empowered workforce and promote an inclusive organizational culture.

The office emphasized the importance of completing all corporate HR requirements completing %100 PMD assessments for year 2022 and %90 PMD plans for year 2023, as well the office kept a very high rate of %100 completion of mandatery learning courses fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. As well, the standards of conduct certification was completed for year 2023 as per the corporate requirements.

Area 5. Products services and processes: whose horizon is a CO that efficiently and effectively fulfills all institutional processes that promote the integrated execution of its normative, programmatic, and coordination mandate.
