The empowered workforce has proven to be a catalyst for developmet of new programmes in Tanzania. The increased number of skilled and dedicated employees within our team has allowed us to explore new opportunities and design innovative programs. These initiatives directly address the needs of the communities we serve and contribute to the advancement of gender equality in Tanzania. The increased recruitment of new employees and investment in staff development has not only strengthened the foundation of UN Women Tanzania but has also fueled the creation of impactful programs in Mainland and Zanzibar.
