World Bank Income Classification:Low Income
The World Bank classifies economies for analytical purposes into four income groups: low, lower-middle, upper-middle, and high income. For this purpose it uses gross national income (GNI) per capita data in U.S. dollars, converted from local currency using the World Bank Atlas method, which is applied to smooth exchange rate fluctuations.

In 2023, 73 civil society organizations have strengthened knowledge, skills and capacities for peace of women and youth groups and peace actors across the country. Those CSOs were engaged in over 30 dialogue and consultation meetings, and participating in networks of peace practitioners to enhance knowledge sharing and learning. UN Women continued to work in close collaboration with relevant peace stakeholders and partners to implement a multi-pronged approach.Disclaimer and notes
