The UN Country Team, Government and CSOs coherently and systematically contribute to progress on Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment and on the implementation of the CEDAW, Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, the SDGs and UNSC Resolution 1325 as well as other global and regional normative frameworks.

Government institutions and UN agencies have changed in skills or capacities attributed to the availability of UN Women's knowledge products and services contributing to global normative frameworks and gender-responsive laws, policy and plans

The government, civil society and women organizations have increased knowledge and capacity to test and upscale innovative approaches to implementing Women Peace and Security and to advancing the nexus of governance, peace, security, and development, including climate actions and disaster risk reduction, at the national level.

People living in Thailand especially those at risk being left furthest behind, are able to participate in and benefit from development, free from all forms of discrimination

Women individuals, public and private institutions have increased capacity and opportunities to contribute to changes in accessing economic resources including government service, finance and market

Key institutions and service providers (e.g. Governments, CSOs etc.) have increased capacity to deliver coordinated multi-sectoral support and contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and legislations addressing violence against women (VAW) at both local and national levels, including cross-border areas
