Advancing business transformation

The year 2023 has seen a fundamental shift in business process ownership and accountability with the roll-out of Quantum. Processing of invoices, travel requests, budget revisions as well as ZDIs, etc has seen transfer of tate-entry responsibilities from operations to programme thereby also transferring accountability with greater decentralisation. The year 2023 marks a year of transition and the offices will continue to build upon the same and ensure there is a business process re-engineering to align with the changes in the Quantum workflows at the same time also ensuring that there are adequate controls and accountability to bring efficiency and efficacy.

The year 2024 has seen a smooth implementation and usage of Quantum towards its business process results and accountability. India Office successfully obtained approval from BRC on having an office space in Bhopal (MP) whilst, another BRC case for Mumbai (Maharashtra) is currently in stage of being reviewed by BRC. India office successfully cleared office warehouse/ storage space, thereby leading to office cost efficiencies. The year 2024 has been operationally effective and the office will continue to build upon the same and ensure there is continuum of business processes. India Office will continue to ensure that there are adequate controls and accountability to bring further efficiency and efficacy in its operational working.
