Advancing business transformation
During the reporting period there was significant work to develop the strategic note 2024-2025 for UN Women Myanmar in line with UN Transitional Cooperation Framework (UN TCF) 2024-2025. A consultant was hired to facilitate the development of Strategic Note and the planning retreat organized during August supported developing the fundamental components of the SN, particularly the activities, outputs, and outcomes and budgets. In addition, through continuous coordination with ROAP, important documents particularly risk register, results framework/IRRF, bi-annual work plan, partnership/communication visibility plan, etc. were developed. The Bi-annual Work Plan 2024-2025 is approved already while the Strategic Note 2024-2025 is in the stage of receiving a second round of feedback from headquarters.
