UN Women Senegal has set up a knowledge management monitoring and evaluation system to capitalize on the results of each programme , monitoring missions are carried out regularly and narrative and financial reports are transmitted on time .

As of the end of 2021, below are the list of the12 staff on board: OEEF Senegal Programme Coordinator (FTA) Administrative Associate (FTA) Programme Assistante (SB3) Communications Analyst (SB4) Knowledge Management Associate (National UNV) Driver (SB1) DRF 1 Governance and WPPL Expert (SB5) Gender Statistics - Women Count Senegal Project Expert (SB5) Programme Analyst – Women Count Senegal (SB4) DRF 2 WEE Programme Officer (SB5) WE-FI / Affirmative Procurement Expert (SB5) WEE - PAF / AGRIFED Programme Analyst (SB4) ICT / BuyFromWomen – PAF/AGRIFED Analyst (SB4) Driver (SB1) PAF/AGRIFED DRF 3 EVAW Programme Officer (SB5) EVAW / Muskoka Programme Analyst (SB4) Two (2) new staffs were recruited: a Programme Analyst for Women Count project and a Communications Analyst for Senegal Programme Presence; Under the leadership of the Senegal Programme Coordinator, 15 staff’s members efficiently managed over USD 362.45.K Core Funds (including USD 143.42 K (extra-core funds) and USD 2.76 M Non-Core funds with 77,9% delivery rate. 2021 was a year of resource mobilization for the Programme.over $3,84 million of non-core funds were mobilized: DRF 1 : “Projet de territorialisation inclusive des ODD Fass”: $98,799.88 from UNFPA; Women Count Senegal 750,000 euros ($856164) from “Agence Francaise de Developpement” (AFD) DRF 2 Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (WE-FI): $1,250,000 hard pipelines from the African Development Bank (ADB) 3R project: $1,419,270 from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development" CANADA For PAF/AGRIFED support project $135,613 was mobilized from the Government of the Balearic Islands DRF 3 Senegal 2020 UNAIDS UBRAF Envelopes: 45,000 from UNAIDS Access to Justice $30,000 from UNODC. Partner advances were managed effectively, and all resources were aligned with the Annual Work Plan. During 2021 all missions were organized in alignment with the annual workplan, despite some urgent trips that arose. All F10s were submitted signed and filed correctly.
