The office has made significant progress in the recruitment process through a comprehensive time in sole process from 20 weeks to 12 weeks. UN Women personel perpections have positively changed as per the current office staffing. The staff turnover affects this consideration from the persons who are leaving the office due to budget issues, 11 out of 44, left. From 2023 to 2024 some change have been observed. The PMD 2024 report has been improved into 71%. Most of the staff have been completed their mendatory courses through Agora and uploaded their certificates in the UN Women sharepoint.
