UN Women Colombia advanced an inclusive, values-driven culture by ensuring equitable, non-discriminatory recruitment; strengthening accessibility and reasonable-accommodation capacities; and introducing candidate-experience surveys for continuous improvement. Staff well-being and cohesion were reinforced through Town Halls and collective spaces aligned with UN values and advocacy priorities (incl. digital violence). Targeted learning improved competencies in recruitment, performance and onboarding, with orientation/support for new hires and contract closures to uphold standards.
