At UN Women Colombia we are currently working on an Inclusive Plan for our country Office. The goal of this is to carry out an action plan so that we can incorporate the values of UN wWmen, which include an inclusive culture. Indeed, taking into account the reality of our country, as Colombia is characterized by its diversity of ethnic groups

HR has worked to ensure that all hiring processes have included women candidates and panel selection too. Strong efforts have been made to ensure staff compliance of mandatory courses.

The Colombia UN Women Office worked on an inclusion plan, collaborating with the sub-offices and territorial presence. Human Resources promoted the participation of all candidates in all recruitment processes, regardless of their disability, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religion and ethnicity. The office has also progressed with meetings with the UNVolunteers program to start an initiative to incorporate human talent with diversity in our programs.
