UN Women Colombia advanced SP OEE Output 5 by embedding RBM across functions; delivering corporate planning/reporting (incl. public launch of the SN 2025–2028 , BWP 2026–2027 approval and sub-offices sustainability review); keeping RBM systems , donor/UNSDCF/government reporting up to date; co-leading UNSDCF Pillar 5 planning with UNFPA; consolidating monitoring, ethical AI analytics and digital data collection (Germany baseline in Q2; PBF baseline in Q4; KOICA endline in Q3; Prodefensoras II endline ongoing); positioning the Gender Statistics Strategy ; finalizing Raíces evaluation and initiating Prodefensoras II ; and strengthening CSO capacities, including the ICO cycle .
