Enhanced coordination, coherence and accountability of the UN system for commitments to gender equality and women's empowerment
Under the coordination of RCO, commitment towards GEWE in the UNCT was shown through collaboration with Gender Thematic Working Group (GTG). Through active leadership of UN Women and UNFPA in the GTG as well as PSEAH, inter-agency joint efforts successfully shown meaningful contribution towards the advancement of GEWE at the country team. A GTG collaborative session was conducted in 2023, which aimed to support the Results Group in developing gender-related results paragraph for the UNSDCF annual report.
