With its unique and inclusive culture, UN Women is an employer of choice with a diverse and highly performing cadre of personnel that embodies UN values.
In 2025, UN Women Yemen strengthened its internal culture and staff capacity through implementation of the annual learning plan, delivery of RBM and compliance trainings, and the introduction of enhanced learning tools such as the Blue Line platform. All mandatory trainings and performance reviews were completed on time, and new personnel received targeted onboarding and mentoring support. These initiatives improved staff competencies, reinforced adherence to UN values—including respect for diversity and zero tolerance for prohibited conduct—and positioned the Country Office as an inclusive and supportive work environment.
