Effective normative, programmatic and coordination products, services and processes

In 2023, the CO achieved a crucial step in the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. Throughout the year, the CO created two tools for monitoring programmatic and project planning, monitoring, and evaluation. This allowed for comprehensive anticipation and organization of processes related to office management, as well as programmatic and specific project aspects.

During 2024, the office successfully implemented the M&E plan in line with the established objectives and progressively took ownership of the monitoring and evaluation tools.
