    Nurturing an empowered workforce and advancing an inclusive UN-Women culture

    UN Women LO facilitated capacity development for its staff by enabling two team members to undertake project management training. Additionally, it organized training on the new PMR policy in collaboration with the Ethiopia Country Offices (COs) and provided opportunities for participation in strategic leadership retreats organized by ESARO focusing on areas like Monitoring & Reporting and Women, Peace, and Security (WPS). These initiatives were aimed at enhancing staff capabilities and retaining top talent to ensure the successful delivery of its programs under the Strategic Note (SN).

    UN Women LO provided training on qunatum and project management to develop the capacity of its staff and retain good talent for successful delivery of its programmes under the SN.
